QuickContrainMaintainOffsetOnly

(Workflow tool) QuickContrainMaintainOffsetOnly. This tool is the same as the native maya Constrain tool but it's purpose is to reduce the steps needed to simply constrain with Maintain Offset on. No UI.

Add it as a Hot Key or simply make it a button on the shelf.
